The reason he's fat is because he stopped the steroids, and the muscle turned to fat, and he's too lazy to burn it off.

you might be semi correct, but Muscle doesn't turn to fat. LOL.

It simply shrinks in fiber and adipose tissue accumulates on top.

He was never all that muscly, he certainly wasnt against Ruiz. I think he miscalculated in his weight. If he's really serious about winning a world title he needs to get his weight down to about 15 stone and then maybe he can think about it. I think thats it now though, I think he's finished, which is a great shame cos Toney is one of my favourite fighters of all time and it would have been great to see him win a heavyweight world title

It's not fat but when you stop using steroids its easier to gain weight. Or so i've been told.
