hehe I don't know about this one, maybe toney, but doubtful against rahman because rock would have probably been able to hit jones with one of them right hands, a punch that he couldn't really land clean against toney.

The quality is so much different now. Could you ever in your wildest imagination even DREAM of Marvin Hagler ever gaining weight through the years and even competing with Larry Holmes or Ali? Guys like Jones and James go to heavyweight now and even last. Could Iran Barkley ever moved to heavyweight and fought Tyson in the 80's? NO. Nobody did it for 100 plus years now RJ and James have moved up and competed will with two winning big guys. It is par for the course that we play on these days

I agree he should have stayed there and beat the **** out of all these clowns. Why leave when you have such a good chance at taking all the belts?

rjj taking all four belts? LOL! hell no! i have to give toney credit for actually making a home in the heavyweight division. jones just jumped up to heavy to get a belt, and i think that was his plan in total. not to stay there and try to dominate.

it's extremely hard for me to believe that jones would've had more than a 10% chance of beating byrd, lewis, or the klitschko brothers. i also felt that there are/were a few other heavies around that would've givin him a bit of trouble besides who i've already mentioned.

I'd rather watch that go down then to watch another fight like last nights anyday.

its frustrating listening to the hbo analysts talk about toney when he fights. toneys accuracy last night should have given him the fight. he clearly won imo, but those ****s announcing the fight for hbo dont have a damn clue.

You don't have a clue. They talk **** because they are sick of watching lazy half rait fighters actin like they can beat anyone and running the heavyweight division. Why should you give a guy credit for coming into the ring lookin like "the blob". Those are Toney's own words now anyone elses. He should be ashamed of himself to be honest. Anyone that steps foot into a ring and didn't train at 100% should be talked to like a lazy **** because that's what the are.
