Robert Garcia already said Mikey would take the fight and I do see it selling, two high profile guys. The more you listen to the Garcias, the more you realise they are about the money, that's why Mikey wanted to go to Haymon in first place.

It won't be Vargas, you can park that idea.

I'm a Matthysse fan before I'm a Pacquiao fan, I want the fight at 140 and I want Lucas to win. Pac-Algieri should have been at 140 too but 144 isn't the end of the world. It's a tremendous all action match-up.

I'm not someone who hates catchweights, I didn't complain after May-Canelo at 152, I think Floyd would have beaten him at 155 at that point in Canelo's career anyway.

But ultimately, Pac, Floyd, Canelo and now Cotto too their own records a disservice with catchweights because fans judge them for it and that's fair enough.

This is why we are in the year 2015 and the fight wasn't made yet. Floyd always has a roadblock ready.

I think what is happening is Manny's side has agreed. So Floyd is throwing everything possible at them to see what sticks. It's just crazy.

Even that meeting at the Miami Heat game. I'm sure that Floyd put some crazy pressure on Manny/Koncz that if they don't agree, Floyd would pull the plug. Since Manny wants it more than Floyd, Manny didn't care and agreed to Floyd's BS.

Yea I agree with gracias speaking on manny fight but I just don't see them putting him in there for his first fight in over a year and haven't fought above 140 yet ppv numbers will be trash and would likey have to stage that over in China

Not a bad move, cause he knows Cotto will leave arum again and make the fight, and not have to put up with Arum trying to negotiate in the media. All the Arum "not wanting to make the fight" comes from Pac's side except for floyd saying it. When people who work with pac* (roach, ariza, and pac's personal attorney) say its bob I'm gonna go with that, cause they are on pac's side of things and are saying its BOB. He's trying to negotiate thru the media, why dont he just bow out and let Pac get the money he needs to stay out of jail and live comfortably. But bob prefers for manny to continue to be in debt to him. And if Manny really wants the fight bad enough, he could just do what oscar, floyd, and cotto did, and get paid.

                  • In All Honesty...Arum Need To Step The *** Back! Stop Trying to sabotage things and let talks continue. Don't set no deadline or any of that crap. Let them continue to work things out! He is the only one throwing out negative comments and trying to ruin everything by making comments like this through the media TYPICAL BOB ARUM! Stop trying to rush things and let negotiations takes it process!

Arum like I've always posted on this forum he could careless if the fight happens or not because he makes more off of Pacquiao fighting others than he will off of Manny Fighting Mayweather so he seems like the only One that is trying to rush things and set deadlines and throw a wrench in this thing

Still plenty of damn time between now and May! This fight don't even need a Press Tour, it has been selling itself for the last 5-6 Years!

Both Sides and Both networks need to stop playing with the People Emotions and get this **** done already. Tired of talking about it!

Manny doesn't have the right people in his corner to break off from arum like Oscar and floyd had so you can't expect him to leave his comfort zone which I can understand on his part
