They dont get this part. Supposedly most of the terms have been dictated by Mayweather, so if Pacquiao agreed to those terms why would Mayweather then agree to those terms when those were his terms? What youre asking for him to do is to agree with himself, which is just silly.

He said there are issues on both the fighter deal and the network deal. And then said: "The fighters are on the same page regarding basic deal points but there are lot of meaningful items still unresolved."

We don't know what they are or who is asking for what. So even though he's back to playing the blame Floyd game (because he knows the dumb just love to swallow that), there appears to be issues BOTH sides need to work out.

Floyd is not...they're returning drafts back at snails pace with points not in agreement....thats why negotiations have stalled.

Arum said. "We send one draft to their side and their lawyer sends back a draft with something else that's an issue. And there doesn't seem to be any urgency about it on their side. It's terrible."

Then what did Pac sign? They said they signed a contract. Did Pac sign Arum's contract? Even Pac and Koncz said "there was no contract." What did they sign again?

Lol it doesn't matter they'll blame Arum no matter what.

He's trapped in the corner and stalling the fight, he'll have another excuse.

But his fanatics will justify his BS, they always do.

                Now Floyd is the lawyer.

And @ Arum expecting no comments on the "drafts" he sends over

I understand Arum's sense of urgency but this is a very detailed and complicated contract between two sides with very little trust between them.

Why is it so hard to believe that Mayweather's camp is going through the contract very carefully and bring up any issues if they were present?

Actually boxing fans on either side of the Floyd/pac fence have all been telling arum to STFU and stop ****ing things up.

Only you and a few other fringe pac fanatics, the ones who give off the vibe they really don't want the fight, are rolling with Arum everytime he leaks something to the media.
