    They know this.

But will act like they don't.

Manny said he's fine with tge May 2nd date, but the old POS is still trying to request another date even though both fighters are fine with the May date, but it's not even about the date, it always boils down to ego, power, and money.

Arum just wants to feel like he's in control, but maybe he should get the memo that Floyd isn't one of his in-house fighters and need to accept that the only reason he's relevant and can pull some power plays in the negotiations is because Manny is too naive for his own good.
Doesn't work that simple when you have the other side that's negotiating half assed.

And that 1 guy isn't the one who has put on countless classic fights.

Fellas, why is it that you can be literal whenever Floyd says anything but it's a problem when posters treat Bob the same way?

          Yeah, in principle.

'Signing off on it' another way of saying the proposed stipulations and requirements have been agreed upon by Manny and that they're ready to agree and sign the official contract.

He's rarely if ever done it
Well, this is not his choice, he has none if he really wants this fight. He's being dictated to and controled in this case. He's admitted himself that they are the B-side, and are being treated as such. He's not in control at all. That's what's really eating Arum inside and out.

He sounds like a little stood up girl! Enjoy the waiting, Bob, but the fight is happening. I'm optimistic about this.

And, I never believed the 60/40 thing, not for a second. I always thought 70/30 was too generous to Pac at this point. Maybe that's the hold-up.

Really? Arum is the lawyer who graduated cum laude from Harvard.

Floyd havn't made the contract yet. A-side send list of terms and conditions to B-side. Obviously NOT the official contract. B-side let A-side knows they agree. Then A-side must make the contract with Floyd's signature and sent to B-side to sign. That's why Pacquiao keep saying they're waiting for Floyd for the signed contract.

If the framework is "agreed" upon then why are they pretending Floyd needs to do something?
