I am not 100% on how I see things. If the story is different--that he clearly beat those guys and he was well on his way to breaking Garcia down--I would be happy. There is certainly enough evidence to see it from that angle.

If he can pick some of the steam he had before the Garcia fight, I am more than happy to admit I was wrong.

I am rooting for him even if rooting against Ruslan is hard because i think he can still have a great career, but I do worry that the Molina fight showed a vulnerability not seen before. I am not confident this is a walkover and I think that the TS diminishes what could be a career turning victory. Let's see how Lucas handles Ruslan's body shows and right hand.

I would not be surprised to see Provo win either, I rate him and I agree with you on the TS downplaying what is a very live opponent.

I don't know why but I see Ruslan winning by TKO.

Matthyse has been chinny lately and he can't get in a war with Ruslan early on because it could look like a replay of the Bradley-Ruslan.

Good fight to put $$$ on

He has no ****ing chance against Matthysse. I cant wait to bump my other thread after the fight goes down.

Mathysse is proven tough as nails. Provo isnt.
So I suppose Matty deserves no credit if he beats him, and Prov should not count as a credible opponent on Matts resume.

He doesn't hit as hard as people are trying to say. His ko% is 63%

He never faces big punches and continuously gets his face busted up.

              His stamina is ****.

Even in the early rds he only unloads in spots and by mid fight he generally is just reduced to following his opponent around throwing a punch here and there.

              Overrated. Everything about him.
So then if Matt beats him, I don't want to see you mention Prov as a top win for Matt.

It's true. I mean, fans should be smarter and not **** on their favorite fighter's opponents so much. They set themselves up for the infamous 'backtracking' technique. Where after Matthysse beats Prov and he has to use Matts best wins in another upcoming fight to hype up Matt, he will mention Provodnikov as a great win and convince people what is so good about Prov, i.e. "He almost beat Bradley and Herrera, destroyed Alvarado, robbed against Algieri who beat Taylor who gave Broner a good fight!"
