Same here. I can't see how Jennings could be competitive.

Floyd/Pac who cares. I want to see it. Everybody does, but if you were banking your 2015 on that I feel for you.
Canelo/Kirkland is far from a great fight, it might be fun for 2 or 3 rounds but when Kirkland starts gassing and Canelos is too good for him, it will go downhill pretty fast.

Cotto vs Canelo or Bradley? Maybe Floyd in September?
      Mayweather vs Pacquiao: pending
Mayweather vs Pacquiao 2: likely if first one gets made for May 2nd
Klitschko vs Jennings: decent for a Klitschko fight
Wilder vs Fury: sometime this year hopefully
Froch vs JCC Jr: IMO not likely but maybe
Peterson vs Garcia: overdue but great fight
      Guerrero vs Thurman: Great fight
      Maidana vs a top welterweight
Andre Ward is looking to make a come back
GGG and his continued destructive path through middleweight
      Canelo vs Kirkland: Great fight
David Haye likely to make some sort of comeback
Khan vs Brook: Hopefully sometime this year
You're talking all hypothetical, I'm talking about concrete fights that have been set.

Is Matt/Provo a done deal? And Garcia v Peterson means nothing with none of the belts on the line, that's a joke of a set up.

Better than last year? Could be. Better than 2013 with almost no truly major fight yet set up? That's crazy man.

Nope, Jennings is getting schooled in a boring, slow fight. He is the most skilled of the american heavies but he needed another 2-3 fights at the top level before he decided to take on Wlad.

No way in hell it will be better than 2013, with one superfight already dead in the water, and the other one not looking good, I don't see it. 2013 was a great year, 2015 might end up being better than 2014, but that's about it. Don't disrespect 2013 boxing brah

I don't mind the schedule so far outside of the barren Showtime one, which is counteracted by the Spike/NBC cards. It's really the fatigue of Mayweather-Pac, that alone can make or break enthusiasm. Cotto-Canelo not happening sucks too but if the other one happens fans will be ok.

People nutted themselves over the Haymon takeover too quickly. As it turns out, it's more of the same from that crew. Fools keep getting fooled.

            Matthysse-Provodnikov
            Kovalev-Pascal
            Golovkin-Murray
            Thurman-Guerrero

Walters-Loma will probably happen late this year. Inoue-Gonzalez, perhaps? Rigo hunting for Santa Cruz.

Who cares about the primadonnas you mentioned who can't commit to signing contracts. None of them are entertaining anyway.

2013 wasn't some magical year. It was good but not some super atg year for boxing. So far we already got wilder stiverne gonna get Lucas Provo garcia peterson and Thurman vs ghost. All those guyshe are top 10 in their division except maybe Guerrero. This year is already looking great

boxing sucks. Hopefully after this year floyd and manny (and their fans) leave the sport for good.

                It's time they all retire.

Just finished watching the Australian Open and will be looking forward to the next tennis tournament. At least its a 1-1 sport where the best take on the best unlike in boxing!

This has turned into another Manny/Floyd hate/love thread but I only mentioned to a little bit, I still think they fight this year. What about all the other missed opportunities and the lack of any blockbuster announcements?

Kovalev/Pascal is interesting, is Matt/Provo a done deal? Other than that, I want Walters/Loma/Crawford/Donaire/Quigg/Frampton/DG/Khan to all be active in good, competitive fights.
