They're both better fighters at 147 IMO. That rematch NEEDS to happen in 2015.

I don't think Khan is interested. His mind is completely focused on Mayweather or Pacquiao.

No he isn't. He might catch people from the outside occasionally with a pretty counter shot, but mainly he's looking to jab on you, train you to look for a certain punch, then he flurries on you to keep mixing you up. Rinse, repeat.

So, Khan can't be outboxed because he's hard to win rounds against?

He stays outside, yes, but he is one of those decent boxers with no power. When it gets to close quarters he holds, he does not counter. The Porter fight is the best example; wide open counter opportunities, he wasn't close to good enough to do it.
Despite having fairly quick, flashy hands (with zero meat on his punches), he also has extremely slow feet which really showed against Khan.

                His in-and-out movement is non-existent.

I'm pretty sure he would take it if it was offered to him at 147. He tried to get the rematch at 140 (Which was a bad idea, he would've lost again) but it would be a big fight at 47. Hope it happens at the end of this year or start of 2016.

And I don't think Garcia is interested. It would be a decent payday for him but other than that, he would have nothing to gain and everything to lose.
