Oscar was his first WW fight and he did not have to meet a CW. Cotto isn't a big WW, it wasn't necessary. Clottey of all fighters would have been the one to get one.

While Cotto was at 154. If you beat him so easily the first time, why not do it again? Humiliated by Trout. Scoring fights isn't your strong suit.
