It was a tough fight to score but I had Rock winning 116-112. But it all depends on what u like, sharp crisp punching(Toney) or workrate(Rahman), I preferred Rock's workrate. If Toney comes in shape, he dismantles Rahman.

As for Rock, yeah he fought a good, focused fight, obviously he was in pretty good shape. But his defense is VERY leaky and a guy like Wlad would exploit that, unless Rock catches him with a big shot and uses his jab, I see him getting KOed by Wlad.

He is an up and down fighter and I didn't wanna see him win tonight because if he had you know for a fact he'd lose his next fight because that's what he does. It's better this way, I guess. Rock put up a great fight that most people had him winning, and Toney isn't out of the picture yet. And this isn't a case of Toney being fat or old because he fought the same. They both fought their fights, and Rahman is a great fighter. I hope all you ****ers show him some respect now.
first off Rahman is not a great fighter. Second of off I remember you saying you liked them both. So I assume if Toney won you would have had a post saying "Who said Toney wasnt a REAl Heavyweight? KNOW THE HATERS KNOW HES FOREAL!". Yeah so Rock worked his jab nicely but he just didnt do enough to make it clear he won.

Hes not a great fighter but He is one of my fav. heavies. I still think toney beats him in a rematch

Im not a toney fan by any means, but if he did come in to fight in shape and not straight from the donut shoppe, he would have won tonight. Thats karma biting him though for being so fat

i think wlad SHOULD batter rahman from pillar to post but if rahman
starts fast & keeps it up the fight could well be over inside 6-8rds.

chris byrd on the other hand has no chance against wlad, rahman,
toney, brewster, ruiz or valuev. (ok maybe thats just rudely harsh)

Rahman did look sluggish. Is it possible he strained himself getting down to 238?

overtrained probably, that and he's getting older too with a lot of miles on the tires. Training for that long has to leave a little in the gym, even if you are a heavy that doesn't need to make weight. Realistically, thats about the best that you can get out of ROck at this stage in his career

Good point. At 220 Toney would've picked him apart.

Think about it this way. Rahman the guy that knocked out Lennox Lewis ith one shot had a plan of boxing a blown up fighter. Thing is, Rahman isn't a boxer and he got a draw against this blown up fighter.

He came in his best shape in years and still was very sluggish and slow in the ring. Not only that, Toney was hitting Rahman flushly with haymakers telegraphed too.

He is still a bum in my eyes.
