it would be awesome, BUT after thinking about it now, it may not be worth it financially. Superbowl ad spots are super expensive, so I can't see them wasting their money for paying for ad space/time during superbowl. They're already considering not spending money on promotional tours, so I don't see them spending money on a superbowl spot. Besides, you don't need to convince superbowl audience about a pac-floyd fight.

As far as pacquiao and arum were concerned, all the terms had already been agreed to. After realizing he couldn't back out, mayweather needed to find a way to do some damage control which is why he showed up at the game with the phillipines sweater on and said oh by the way there's still some issues left.
