Salka is an A level fighter, but I dont think he's proven enough to earn a Mayweather fight. He had done enough to earn a fight against the Champ Danny, but he still needs one or two more big fights until he can start calling out Mayweather. Now, if after a couple more big name fights Floyd still ignores The Lightining Rod, then yes we can say Floyd is ducking him. But lets not jump into the Rod Salka hype train yet.
