I'm under the impression that the fight is a done deal. Just waiting for the right time to announce it.

Reading through the constant ramblings and or arguments about this topic, it would seem that many, including myself, DO NOT fully comprehend all that is involved with preparing and signing off on contracts for a fight of this magnitude.

One thing I do know, is that its not as simple a process as many assume. In this case, Floyd\Manny signing off on the fight contract is only the very beginning. You have the MGM, commission, sponsors, networks, announcers and a whole host of folks that must agree on terms, which no doubt will involve another set of dedicated Lawyers for each group.

That being stated, no one should reduce what is involved in preparing the legal documentation for this huge event to just a singular matter of one person signing a contract. That would display unprecedented ignorance.

That's for all the people that took and ran with what Arum said about the contracts.

Bob is a proven liar and he cannot be trusted with anythinghe says. He is one shameless dude and boxing will be better without him

It was a negotiation. They were not discussing OST because even until this day, Floyd has not been doing that. Manny agreed to extra testing. Urine was up to the day of the fight. Blood was not.

Either Floyd or Manny could have taken PEDs prior to starting their official training and we would not have known. Mosley admitted to doing that prior to some of his fights (eg. Oscar).

In fact, the only one of the 2 that has admitted to taking any drugs before a fight is Floyd but you are probably OK with that because for Floyd you are willing to fall back on those same rules that you and Floyd are saying are not good enough.

He hasn't been proven a liar about anything. This article just proves what bob said, that they are still waiting for a signed contract from mayweather. He never said there's a contract that mayweather needs to sign, he simply said they are waiting on a signed contract from mayweather. Huge difference
