I'm not a FMJ fan but would say that right now there's nobody at WW or jnr middle who I would lay money on. Sure Packman has a chance but I wouldn't bet on it.
Over the past 10 years there were a few fighters who Floyd avoided in their prime years. Packman was on a big roll 5 years ago. Paul Williams. Sergio Martinez.
Not saying they would have definitely beat him but I think he would've picked up a couple of losses but would also have beaten some of them (and gained more respect).

At the moment, I think 3 guys have the best chance at pulling off the upset..

1.) GGG - never, ever, ever going to happen. bet on it.
2.) PAC - seems closer than ever before but still waiting on something solid..
3.) Khan - long shot but after stringing him along all this time, I feel Floyd owes it to Khan, not before PAC of course, but still.. the guy did win Floyd's own poll.. and he also beat Maidana, who Floyd really struggled with in their first fight.

The styles of these particular fighters will NOT be easy for Floyd to deal with.
There has been a very good reason why he's avoided these fights for so long.
IF/WHEN any of these fights actually do occur, you will see why.

If he really wanted to be considered as TBE he needs to do what Sugar Ray Leonard did: step up the MW and beat the big boy on the block. SRL took on Hagler which is comparable to Floyd stepping in with GGG.

I think youre a bit confused , the 26 ft ring and 10 oz gloves was Manny Margarito , and the diuretics was found in Tonys dressing room .

The only fighter that can beat Floyd is Floyd ask Hopkins .

                  Manny is getting schooled !

Khan is a very good fighter and could beat almost everyone at WW but he's not beating Mayweather. I like Amir but Floyd is too good.

I like GGG. I don't think he beats Floyd. The defense is too strong. Floyd would not be able to knock him out, But he would score round after round an win my decision.
