I refer you to Pacman-Bradley I ...Fights are fixed... But this fight won't be fixed like the Bradley fight... It will be Pac not going 100% to assure some sort of rematch.... I want to know if there are any pertinent issues preventing the fighters from signing contracts. Are the split, date, venue, date, drug testing, weight, gloves, etc all agreed to?

Idk it does sound fishy but floyd has always been extremely petty. I think he doesn't like the way lampley has talked about him, and he wants to make sure 24/7 doesn't dog him or whatever. IDK, but i think he wanted pacquiao to put pressure on HBO to concede these two things. Which Koncz said and pacquiao agreed that if these were the last 2 problems they would be handled.
