Floyd needs to sign a contract with the agreed upon terms and send it to Pac..that's the only thing that proves anything..all this other BS is posturing..

Floyd loves the attention from the media when he pretends he's going to fight Pacquiao... Pac just wants the fight and has to set deadlines... Or else Floyd would use Pac's name to get media attention as much as he can... he lives off Pacquiao's name and leading people on thinking he's taking the fight...
