There must have clearly been an understanding that when sho gave Floyd that contact, he'd be fighting Manny, maybe even in a trilogy which would have made a hell of a lot. Instead they've got maidana twice and only 2 fights left with non of them looking like Manny. I'd be pissed off too, from a business perspective, as these other Floyd fights do nowhere near the ppv numbers the Pac fights will.

ya and say he fights manny and wins his fights will be huge after that as well
well that's confirmation that floyd's side is blocking the fight then. Hopefully they are really trapped in a corner now and simply have to sign. Showtime must be fed up with losing money on him.
From the Hausser Report, 3/4 down, says he's hearing reports that Moonves is putting a hold on any further Haymon fights unless Mayweather/Pacquiao is made and that's why Showtime programming has nothing at the moment.
The exact quote is: "There are reports that Moonves has instructed Espinoza to not give dates to Haymon unless and until Mayweather-Pacquiao is made. That would explain why Showtime has so little programming in place for this year."
