Martinez was in horrible condition when he fought Cotto. You would never think he was a champ before. Martinez looked worse than Ali when he fought Holmes. GGG's last eight opponents would pose a bigger threat for Cotto than Martinez did that night.

Golovkin hasn't fought anyone. As soon as he steps up in competition he will look as ordinary as any other fighter. He's been very carefully matched and will be exposed when he isn't. It's funny how around here Cotto goes from a likable exciting fighter who ducks no one to the least liked fighter who beats up on cripples and is shot himself. Some hypocrites say he is shot in one sentence and in the next think he should fight the strongest fighter in his division. I want Pac/Floyd to happen but if it doesn't I'm not hating on Cotto for wanting to avenge his lost to the P4P best fighter in the world. It's a win win situation for him if and that's a big if? If he beats Floyd he will again make history get a huge payday in the rematch and probably make more money than he would have for the Canelo fight. I know SHOWTIME only has the 32 mill they have to pay Floyd not enough money in budget to pay Cotto.Comment
