                ali was plenty ripped. someone has this pic of him in their sig throwing a right hand on the heavybag.. he's ripped from head to toe. oh it's butterfly's .. the post right above yours

                his muscle was soft though, not hard like b-hops

                    genetics...lifestyle...everything

                    some people just grow up thick and solid...some can eat 2 dozen doughnuts and barely gain a lb...

                    some taste a spoonful of ice cream and their belly is fat the next morning...

                    some work hard strength jobs growing up (whether it be yard work, packing, moving, shipping, stocking, etc) and just naturally build strength...

                    some sit at their computers and play videos games growing up...

                    some play sports and get involved a lot where they have to build up strength...etc...

                    it depends on so much...
