All I got out of that is that Rios and Mikey genuinely dislike Ortiz. It seems to me, from listening to them, that Ortiz was something of an idol to Brandon. Victor was always the golden boy, charismatic and what not, but also seems to be a double face lying douchebag. Brandon, for all his faults, seems to be all heart.

You don't get it. Rios is the one talking the most making it seem as if he wants to kill Ortiz. Rios always told Seckbach that if he ever sees Ortiz he will fck him up. He stood quiet in that video and Ortiz walked over alone not giving a care.
