Believe it or not, Rios has a lot going for him.

Size, he looks really strong at welter, hard to hold in a clinch.
Activity, throws a lot of punches.
Punch resistance, he may well have the best chin at 147.

The big variable in terms of facing someone like Bradley is whether he can cut off the ring against a good mover. We haven't really seen that from him yet.
