First of all, this fight should've happened years ago. At this point in time, I could care less if may vs pac happens. There are too many new young champions in the making and frankly, I'm more excited about these young prospects than Floyd and Pac. I wish both would retire. Everyone is all uptight about this fight happening. I'm asking all true boxing fans to move on from May vs pac. Let's get these young prospects matched up.

Why cant Arum provide boxingscene with the signed portion of the contract? If Manny already signed.

Why are people sitting in this thread pretending like they know exactly whats going on? Arum is a promoter and promoters are known to be big liars. Mayweather lies, Arum lies, Oscar lies. They all lie and make up total BS. So before you start taking sides you should probably stay in the middle until things iron out. People seem to forget about how many lies Arum tells in the media to try and trick the public but it seems like his word is the bible and people seem to have short term memory. Just wait for everything to unfold and then we will know. I mean a little over a week ago we were being told the hold up were the networks which makes sense. Floyd Mayweather had no choice but to fight Manny at this point anyway. I honestly think this fight is going to happen.

Espinoza seems to be acting very immature here...
Espinoza is playing the Richard Schaeffer role I see...Showtime has an interest in Floyd..he's almost like Showtime's client...
Espinoza revealed nothing new with this besides the fact that he's trying to stay on good terms with Al Haymon because he knows his only way to keep Showtime relevant is with Haymon fighters... but as soon as this fight falls through and Haymon puts on better cards on NBC than Showtime... Espinoza will regret the day he went from being a businessman for a company to an advocate for one person under contract with Showtime...
Does Pac ever lie to his fans? I cannot once remember.
Espinoza is known snake. Floyd has never thought twice about deception, lying comes natural to him. So we know Arum is relaying the truth, we know he is working hand in hand with the head of CBS. It would not be possible for Arum to spread lies without personally insulting the man he is working with EVERYDAY.
So why is Espinoza saying this? Look at what he says. He doesn't say the fight is looking problematic, he is saying they are finishing negotiations. All he is trying to do is stop the story from being "Floyd finally signs the fight after increasing pressure."
Floyd will take the fight, but he wants to control the story, like he always tries to. This his him trying to take the story back, and his fans will believe it.

It's funny how Floyd fans are obssessed with attacking the crediblity of Arum, and even use a Moonves quotes, which makes no sense considering they are working side by side, so how would that even BE possible? Use your brain for one second.
And it's also funny that they conveniently ignore that everything Arum is saying, Pacquiao said first. Pac said he signed the contract.
So why aren't you blind Floyd fans attacking Pac's credibility? Because you cannot. He is an honest man.
