Common sense and history tells us Arum is the one stopping this fight. It's also pacquiao fault for not sitting down with arum and DEMANDING the fight. You see other fighters like canelo DEMANDING which fighters he wants to fight as well as dates and Oscar always delivers, but it starts with the star fighter DEMANDING it from his promoter

Common sense and history tells us the opposite actually.... Arum has put Pac in with Hatton, De La Hoya etc... Floyd-Haymon have not fought anyone outside of Haymon's control... Floyd has ducked fights throughout his career... Floyd has always had issues with reaching agreements with fighters and adding conditions on fighters... Floyd also fights in one venue for every fight... without even hearing offers from others...

Floyd has said that he is the "BOSS" and he can and only he can make the decision if there is a fight against Manny, Manny does not have a say, only Floyd according to Floyd can make the fight happen. Floyd ?????????

If Bob is blocking the fight then Floyd or his team need to come out and give details. If the fight doesn't happen Floyd will take the blame and will be a stain on his legacy. He said he is the A side, he makes the offers. If he takes credit for fights happening he has to take the blame when they don't happen. Pacquaio isn't running around saying his TBE and better than Ali so this fight not happening affects Floyd's legacy more than Pac's.
Not saying Arum is innocent but it seems Moonves and Showtime don't think he is negotiating in bad faith or they would have said so by now. It seems the only one that thinks Bob is a problem is Floyd and it seems for personal than getting business done. Let's hear some details on what exactly Bob is doing or lying about or its on Floyd at this point. What haven't they agreed to? What does Floyd still want to make him agree to terms so a contract can be written up?

Exactly! If bob is to blame mayweathers side surely isn't acting like it. If arum and pacquiao and kontz were truly lying Espinoza and moonves would be saying that what bob arum is saying is a lie. Instead mayweather is quiet and Espinoza is still saying everyone involved is working hard to make the fight lol so arum is saying mayweather is holding it up and Espinoza says everyone involved are negotiating hard to make the fight? Doesn't sound like Espinoza is mad about arum supposedly lying does it.
