I echo your sentiments, it has every ingredient needed to make it a blockbuster fight. Don't get your hopes up, though, Khan's affiliation with Haymon is a massive hindrance.

Is this fight supposedly going to happen in London? That would be massive. Tons of Philipinos live in London and more would fly in.

Manny fighting Khan makes in London makes a lot of sense to me.

They can both get well paid and the fight will be a huge event, it will also generate a very decent PPV number.

I kind of like the fact that Manny and Khan have formed a coalition to basically but Floyd in a tight spot but...

I actually believe that Floyd could be planning on this fight happening as it takes his two moist dangerous potential opponents out of his horizon.

Haymon is more loyal to Floyd than Khan and he is probably trying to sweet talk Khan into setting up this fight with Manny.

That leaves Floyd free to say;

"Manny won't fight me doe"

"I wanted to fight Manny, Manny ducked me for Khan doe"

"I just wanted to give the fans what they deserve doe"

If Floyd does fight either Manny or Khan, it would be probably be the loser of their fight.

I know it sounds cynical, and I am hyped for Khan / Manny but it works perfectly for a Floyd "double duck" as well.

So Floyd was going to either fight Pac, but if not Pac, then surely it would be khan?
But no, instead its Pac v Khan? You couldn't write this script if you tried. But only Floyd could do this, he dithers so much and messes people about so much and is so undecisive. It just makes Floyd look so bad once again history repeating itself.

So who is Floyd going to fight then? It better be GGG, or Lara or Thurman I suppose.

Pacman is a true international figure! Fighting Khan in London is a great move and the payday should be huge! It shows that Mayweather is the all time
ducker and his comfort zone is his domain. He is unwilling to test himself outside that shelter can you imagine him fighting "in Mexico" against their top contender?

So heres lil' Manny going for the money fight because the big fight needs two to make it happen.
I think this could be a tough match up if Khan gets in great shape and is ready to box using lateral moves and straight up in & out boxing. Manny will have to chase and the lil' guy will be at a disadvantage with a fast hitting & moving fighter.
I think its great for boxing and shows the importance of the sport to get back to offering an "International Event"!
