What happened to the 5 day deadline Khan was giving Mayweather? The 5 day deadline already passed last week.

Begging, pleading for a fight. The truth is that everyone is begging for a fight with Mayweather....even Pacquiao.

If you're referring to Khan die-hard's, then that statement would probably be true.
But the Boxing hierarchy that matters, don't see Khan through rose colored glasses. They see him as a potential with no Championship strap, that have a questionable following which, more importantly, doesn't translate to seats being filled or PPV's being brought. Otherwise, there would be more persons of substance crying out for a major fight with him as a headliner.

This is not to stir a tit-for-tat session, we can agree to disagree. What I'm stating is that Khan is following a formula that is detrimental to his career and that getting scalps in the ring would be more beneficial.

Still, no one should lie in wait with their career. That is completely absurd!!!

Instead of Khan chasing after a dangling carrot, he should have been cleaning out as many top-contenders as possible (If he can, of course) then, no one would deny that he deserves a shot. This pattern would have also, built up his fan-base to where he can actually carry a PPV. And that is the most important element that Team Khan is missing .... HBO\Showtime\Haymon\Floyd are more interested in filling venues and PPV sales, not individual desires and wants.
Oh you mean like Guerrero and Maidana... they truly are big PPV attractions and went on a murder row before fighting Floyd

I doubt it. Cotto's team keeps denying it too.
