Esponoza said yesterday that no contract has been written up so i guess neither can sign anything.

This has gotten confusing. I still say its Arum and when it comes out that its him i wonder what some will say. If it turns out its Floyd, im a man so ill say it is him.

Ariza definitely realizes it. He'll say anyting he needs to say to try to stay relevant in the boxing world.

Until Floyd signs or declines I will not believe anything. To be honest if Floyd does decline I will be pretty convinced that he is ducking Manny. I haven't said that before.

I heard that Tyson/Lewis took like 13 months to negotiate. Anyone know if this is true

That Tiliheels is a paid poster by TMT to defend his actions or lack of.

"It started with a phone call and lunch between old friends Ross Greenburg, president of HBO Sports, and Mark Greenberg, Showtime executive vice president. It ended 15 months later with the mother of all contracts between the networks."

Floyd is Manny's legacy. He has been built up as the anti Floyd. Every time they market him they are comparing him to Floyd. Since his WW campaign all he has done is walk in Floyd s shadow.

I beat A,B,and C better than Floyd did, it's his entire shtick.

Minus knockout ratio and total number of fights Floyd holds damn near every major record in boxing, not to mention being the most successful financially. He is doing something really right.

You are right though he is polarizing. No boxer has garnered so much hatred for being successful since Floyd. Ali and Roy Jones are the only other two that I can think of that come close, but today's couch potato pundit is just extreme. And thanks to the internet they can now congregate in mass to shout whatever the disapproval of the day is.

One thing stands out in what Ariza said "Actions speak louder than words" and we have from Manny is talk.

He is nothing but a leech, a blood sucking leech that will do or say anything to be relevant. He was hire by TMT to get an inside info on Manny, Floyd doesn't need a conditioning coach, never did and never will. They are using him as their mouthpiece knowing his arrogant persona. That dude thinks he'll get the same or more money he received when he was with Manny working for Floyd.
