Does Zab Judah make it to the Hall of Fame?

I enjoyed watching zab in his prime but he came up short in every big fight, I don't count beating Cory spinks as a big fight. Hall of fame talent, above average accomplishments.

this isnt a genaro, diego corrales, naseem hamed situtation where there is an actual argument to be made for hall of fame.
