1) Khan is exclusive to Showtime, so HBO/SHO would have to work out a deal which they havent yet been able to come up with for Mayweather/Pacquiao.

2.) Khan is with Haymon. So like with Pacquiao/Mayweather negotiations would require Arum and Haymon to get together and that will be difficult.

I like the fight but im not a Pac fan who will flip-flop and now claim Khan is a good fighter instead of the joke they been spewing.
