Leo Santa Cruz is asking for over 3 times his highest purse. He's pricing himself out of a fight. I think he should get more money to fight Rigo but not $3m which does not exist for that fight.

Froch is just taking the bigger fight. Chavez is a bigger fight than Hopkins. He's already AGREED to the terms for the Chavez Jr fight. He's not asking for an outlandish amount and pricing himself out.

Froch would put a major beating on him and no 50 year old deserves to get beaten up 2 times in a row like that.


A big money farewell fight against Chavez Jr would be best for his health, and it gives him a nice retirement check.

Lol....I don't blame Hopkins for chasing Froch. I just don't see what the fight does for Froch.

Hopkins was talking about facing Golovkin before. I actually think that would be a fight that could benefit both fighters.

Golovkin needs a big name on his resume and Hopkins would have a chance to end the GGG hype. GGG is a much smaller guy so I doubt he'd be able to bully Hopkins the way Kovalev did.
