Yea, he appears to have a facial coke twitch a couple times, sucking in his lips. When you're on coke you suppress it, so its not obvious, but you can't help but do it a bit.

If he is indeed suffering from CTE, considering what he has been through is very very realistic, your brain loses the impulse control ability, so the drugs are probably just a symptom of the overall condition.

It's quite common for CTE sufferers to start heavily drinking, taking drugs, and popping pills. I hope the authorities realise he needs help.
