It simply means if the fight does not happen it his fault because he is the boss.

I am a Floyd Mayweather fan and have defended him through countless assaults but there is only so many time I can defend him before I begin to realize that he is Jim Jonzing me.

As a Mayweather fan, I'm going to say it "Floyd Mayweather is ducking Manny Pacquiao"
