Yes, but it's still Manny Pacquaio, #2 P4P fighter that's considered to be an ATG. Broner is just a rising star.

The Canelo win for Floyd is not even in his top 10 wins, seriously. Hype job can change his name to Canelo and no one except Canelo fans would really know the difference. There are at least 10 wins on Floyd's resume better than Canelo's, it shouldn't even be on an HBO Mayweather's greatest hits video package.

The fight isn't happening, Floyd is fighting cotto may 2nd because he doesn't care about money, his health is more important

You may be right but more important than who is when. And Canelo was the or close to the top junior middle when Mayweather fought him.

Considered? So do you not consider manny to be an ATG fighter?

No it isn't. It will be one of the things they remember. They will also remember how great he was, an excellent champion just like Terry Norris who was also knocked cold by Julian Jackson and is also remembered for a stellar career as other fighters who lost by brutal KO's like Roy Jones, etc.

I didn't say they wouldn't remember other things. Him getting put out cold for 10 mins will be the first though.
