When I read a recent statement by Froch saying that if he fought Andre Ward he would need a KO to win and would probably lose on points, I knew he was on his way out. He would never have said a thing like that 2 years ago.
Carl has had a great career, done himself and his country proud. Guys with his attacking, pressure fighting style don't usually last as long as he has. It's probably time to bow out now.
