Wilder was far from impressive. Once Stiverne took his power Wilder jabbed and through the occassional right defensively the rest of the fight. Fury stops him in 6. However Stiverne needs to fight in a number contender fight.

I still don't see a difference between the way he looked and all his other performances.

Not at all. Dude barely threw any punches. I couldn't believe what I was seeing.

This is an excuse, how come he never noticed this in all his training and sparring? he would have noticed something. This is a classic excuse. Lol gets his ass beat and all of a sudden something was wrong lol.

let me tell you what was wrong with him on fight night, a case of "getyoureassbeat"

How about Fury this summer and a re-match this November?

I was thinking along the same lines. I fully expected Stiverne to beat Wilder, and was disappointed by his performance. However, him saying that he overtrained for this fight raises my eyebrows. His physique ceratinly didn't suggest that. His stamina appeared shot too, though overtraining could cause that. Coming into a HW bout dehydrated just doesn't add up. Anyway, if what he says is true, I hope he has a rematch clause in the fight contract that he can exercise. Wilder didn't really impress me either. Once he realized he couldn't just get Stiverne out of there and he felt his power, Wilder went on the retreat for most of the fight.
