Right, cause that's what any other promoter would do...just move on when owed a fight by their fighter...you sound real bright.

Arum has his bases covered. He's been in the biz for far too long to not cover his @ss in contracts Top Ranks signs.

Expect Arum to win in court. ...plus he was a former lawyer himself.

He will win this one - just 1 more fight promoting Chavez. However, look at the roster of Top Rank. Once Pacquiao and Bradley retire, the bench is shallow. Top Rank has Crawford and Walters. Top Rank seems to be the third choice of good fighters, after Haymon and GBP.
Top Rank will finally have to reach out to Haymon and GBP.

I remember when the rift first started. Chavez Jr stated that he didn't understand the contract when he first signed. That's his defense! LOL.

I get why plus it is not like Arum did not say what he was going to do so he pretty much has to follow through on that.

These two sides just need to come to a grand bargain, not going to happen but one can dream.

... Then this wasn't the fight that Arum was left with... Arum wanted Golovkin for the "last TR fight", right?
