Who says he's working on a deal with Cotto? People keep reading the part where Mayweather and Cotto's camps had discussions but ignore the part where the discussions were MONTHS AGO. We do have substantiatal evidence from multiple sources including those directly involved that Mayweater-Pacquiao are still negotiating as far as the TV deal is concerned.

Pacquiao isn't dictating anything he simply said if Mayweather doesn't agree to fight him by the end of the month he needs to move on. Negotiations have been going on for a long time and pacquiao has already agreed to his terms. Why should he wait around forever and potentially screw up a chance to fight someone who actually shows interest in fighting him. He could wait around until march and then Mayweather could come out and say he doesn't want the fight, and by that time canelo, Khan, Crawford, Garcia, could all have fights lined up already forcing pacquiao to fight jesse vargas. There is no need to sit around for month thinking about it, if he wants the fight quit playing game and say he wants the fight.

Everything you said was on the money, and I also agree canelo and pacquiao should stick it to Floyd and take the may 2nd date from him. Nobody would buy mayweather cotto knowing they both chickened out to face each other in another cherry pick rematch nobody was clamoring for. Pacquiao would also get his ppv crown back and then come back and demand 60/40 in his favor using the floidiots logic on here
