It certainly will not be 'epic'. Perhaps you know not the meaning of the word, but the first fight was not epic. I don't think Floyd has ever been in an epic fight in his whole career which is why he is so boring and unwatchable.

Theres a reason HBO constantly replays Pacquiao fights and NEVER Mayweather fights.

Thus by fighing a man he already clearly beat floyd can then claim to be the middleweight champ while fighting at a 155 catchweight and avoiding fighting any true middleweights ...
