Comments Thread For: Loeffler: Stiverne-Wilder winner will be a Klitschko target

LOS ANGELES -- Whoever wins Saturday's WBC heavyweight title fight could be in line for a big payday.

Wladimir Klitschko badly wants to unify the division, and Bermane Stiverne or Deontay Wilder will be in his sights for 2015, depending on the outcome.

Wlad called out these guys before but they're fighting each other instead

Fury acted like he wanted the Wlad fight then scheduled another fight immediately after Chisora and just mumbled things about Wlad from the sofa

Jennings is apparently backing out too

I guess old bum Shannon Briggs is more of a man than these Klitschkophobic geeks

Tyson Fury said he was certain Wlad would not want to fight him. Looks like he was right about that.

If Fury had the WBC belt Wlad would gladly fight him. So please stop trying to make it out to be something that it so obviously isn't.

Fury has been doing the exact same thing for years so you're either a Brit or out of the loop. He indirectly challenges Wlad, implicates Wlad is afraid of him then 1-2 days later announces he's fighting someone else and his schedule is all taken up before any serious offers can take place.

He has done this what 5+ times now

But Fury DOESN'T have the WBC belt, does he? So Wlad won't want to fight him.

You are just saying the same thing as me but from a different perpective.

Jennings doesn't have the WBC belt either, btw, but Wlad was ready to fight him before going after that belt.

It's you who is out of the loop my friend. Fury was ready to fight Wlad as soon as he became mandatory by beating Chisora, but Wlad tried to schedule a fight with Jennings instead. That's the only reason Fury is fighting Hammer next.

Wlad hasn't signed anything with Jennings yet and is still shopping for opponents. Fury did the exact same thing he ALWAYS does: Say Wlad is scared then schedule a fight with someone else 2 hours later, how convenient.

                  Are you British?
