I think he does. He doesn't ever get touched by the bums he fights, but the few times I've seen him get smacked he doesn't respond well.

I mean Stiverne does have a precedent set, right? It's happened before and if it happens again, then at dude needs to go see Hunter for some chin strengthening exercises or something.
Yeah... It can work like that. If Stiverne has a glass jaw Arreloa would've knocked him out.

You know that was a bad stoppage in the King fight. Wilder needs to see Hunter because when he does get clipped he does a little dance, and that was fighting cab drivers and taco venders.

That's also what I heard from a buddy in the amateur scene . Said he saw Wilder do a lil dance when he took a good shot in sparring ...more than once. Beside the fact. Still real excited about this fight and hope Wilder can pull it off .

arreola never hit stiverne flush...I think any top 10 heavy can KO stiverne if they hit him flush, wilder being awkward/reckless and always setting up that right through the middle would either make him predictable or give him the opportunity to land flush...if wilder doesnt land in the first 4-5 rounds I'm pretty sure stiverne will time him and bust him up

that KO of wilder in the ams showed his inexperience...he was getting caught repeatedly with right hands over his lazy jab...I can't tell whether he's improved in that department...logic would say he has but stiverne knows how to get on the inside and land those sneaky crosses

            50/50 fight

I think it was the Firtha fight they showed a couple nights ago, Wilder got clipped a couple times and he didn't take it very well.

Wilder is always tripping over himself, if Stiverne gets inside Wilders jab (I think he will) he's going to hurt him in the pocket because from what I've seen, Wilder has no inside game. None.

That's like saying Tyson had a weak chin because he got KO'd by Lewis. They are both ****ers...expect a KO. Normally heavyweights are more cautious because the potential for a fight ending abruptly is much greater because of the weight.

                Boxingscene's logic...
Not necessarily a good analogy because Tyson took a ****storm of punches before getting stopped. We'll have to see Wilders reaction to a clean shot.

agreed, stiverne should have no problem getting inside, however wilder often discourages his opponents to do so simply by throwing punches, he's ridiculously strong. stiverne also leans back onto the ropes covering up to try and time and counter his opponents and in arreola's case tire them out. if stiverne does that against wilder I'm pretty sure he'll get crushed

wilder also throws wide punches which should give stiverne plenty of opportunities. it's kind of funny because both guys are adapt to exploit eachothers' weaknesses...this fight could be as interesting as it should be exciting

I know I find Stiverne's style exciting as hell to watch. He reminds me a lot of James Toney (minus the shoulder roll and philly shell defense). What worries me is his reach, or lack thereof. Dude has arms like Mat Fraser and that's going to be a problem if Wilder chooses to stay on the outside.

It's been a minute since I've been this excited about a HW fight.
Dude what are you smoking? Stiverne has an 80 inch arm span. That's 1 inch less then wladamir klitschko
