That's the thing, he'll then have to fight Jo Jo Dan after he fights this bum. Hopefully they can agree the money with Dan for this fight. I don't think anyone can complain if he fights his mandatory.

And I have no real sympathy for him getting stabbed. Second time it's happened to him in his life so it's not some freak incident. He shouldn't be out trying to score Charlie or bum random men.
