Wilder lives in the same town as UAB and his team can't hire a strength coach to build up the skinniest legs since Brooke Shields was a child model? :blow:

Wilder's weight is all shoulders and biceps. I think 219 lbs on a man 6' 7" is a little light for even a basketball player. I was trying to be optimistic about Wilder's chances but I think he is at a definite disadvantage in long fight. And for people who think Stiverne is out-of-shape, you should have seen guys like Greg Page and Buster Douglas back in the day.

Stiverne is trained pretty well but he has a layer of padding which actually may serve him in a way.

If Wilder wins any other way than a quick KO, I will think of him as a fighter with much substance.

Skipping Leg Day could be the undoing of Wilder.

I have never seen a HW with such skinny legs.

Strong legs really help in a long fight AND punch resistance.

Stiverne may look a bit hefty but he is economical and more will use much less energy in the first 3-4 rounds.

If Stiverne survives the first half of the fight I believe he will win.

BTW - the only fighter with skinny legs and a chin of Iron I can remember was Nigel Benn.

I grew up in Miami and there are a lot of Haitians here. The first fight I ever had was against a Haitian and it wasn't the last time.

I don't know what it is but every Haitian I've ever met has been unnaturally strong. I've fought and scuffled with a few and it's like fighting a rock.

Strongest toughest people I've met in my life.

Evander Holyfield also had skinny legs and he had a great chin.
