I think you have your timeline wrong...Pac and Arum have both publicly stated that they have agreed to terms and waiting on ***ala Jr to sign...Does arum have to spell out signed a contract to you?

Something tells me that regardless if there is indeed a contract that Pac signed and is waiting on Floyd to sign his part, deep down inside you're hoping that there is no such contract.
