I don't know about you. But I rather not see an elderly man get his ass whopped on Showtime. This would be a joke of a fight.

King wants to give Tyson, 48-years-old and inactive since June 2005, the opportunity to make history by attempting to become the oldest man to win a world heavyweight title. Stiverne has a big fight on Saturday night at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas, when he faces mandatory challenger Deontay Wilder in a Showtime televised main event.

Hell, I'd pay good money to see Tyson beat the ever loving fuck out of King.

For all the dirty low down rat b*stard stunts he's pulled on his fighters over the years, I still find myself being drawn to his wit, grit & bull****. He certainly still knows how to spin a good yarn to gain extra coverage.

Agreed, even at his advanced age and after being marginalized in today's world of boxing he still knows how to talk the talk and promote a big fight better than anyone. He was the life of the stiverne wilder press conference. That was hilarious seeing him stand between them during the stare down lol

I think Don misses being a major player in the sport. Now he's just fishing for a paycheck. Wonder if it pisses him off that Arum outlasted him as a top promoter. I'm glad his years of robbing fighters has burned his bridges. People hate on Haymon but at least he makes sure the guys who may end up with life altering injuries from boxing get paid.
