I literally just watched Tyson-Lewis last weekend and they had it:
1.Buffer AND Lennon Jr announced (slightly weird but they honestly made it work)
2.2 HBO guys and 1 Showtime announcer
    3.Jim Grey did the interviews

Both Mauro and Al make me wish I was listening to someone scratching a chalk board. It's just a preference thing, I find their voices highly irritating.

Paulie is just as biased a shill as Lampley.

I just find HBO's team better at doing blow-by-blow, and a fight of this magnitude without Letterman's highly emotional voice would seem almost a crime (even though he'd probably have Manny winning every round). I feel they do a better job at getting the viewers at home more excited about a fight, that's all.

It is definitely preference because I think Al is the most knowledgeable and the most unbiased. Love that guy. Lampley(Who is...meh but I'm fine with it) Al and RJJ/Andre Ward.

Well Showtime is going to be the lead domestically I believe, the question is how they keep HBO happy. It will be interesting to see how it all works out but I think it is workable and heck they probably will need two trucks anyway.

Boils down to professionalism versus sleaze. Everything about showtime is lacking in class. HBO does ride their fighters but guys like Roy Jones help keep it real. Paulie used to be good for Showtime but he now sounds like a kid racing to get his words in.

HBO announce teams ruins my anger management. I would let them do the 24/7 and production but let Showtime announce the fight and do the epilogue.

As long as Mauro Renallo isn't on the team for the fight I'm down with that.

I ****ing hate Renallo..... "utilizing that footwork!"

SI.com: It’s hard to figure out who is talking to who...

SE: I think, at least on our side, it’s all hands on deck. It’s a high priority for CBS and for Showtime. If the receptionist here had an in for making the fight happen, we would enlist him or her.

SI.com: Pacquiao’s side is publicly making a lot of concessions. The perception if this fight doesn’t happen will be that Floyd didn’t do enough. What does Floyd need to get this done?

SE: The perception Floyd isn’t doing enough to get it done is perhaps a little our fault. Through this latest round of discussions, we have adopted a strategy of saying as little as possible. Perhaps clarifying a few things would have helped the p.r. battle. But we’re not fighting the p.r. battle. We’re fighting to make a great event. As a group, we think the less said the better. So, yes, Floyd is suffering in the p.r. war but he is sticking to a strategy we all decided is the most likely to result in the fight happening.
That's what Manny has won at all these years, the PR battle. Would have like for Floyd and his team to call them out much more over the years, man. But whatever. The perception is what it is. But this fight really about to be done? In 2015? Wow.
