i noticed during the road to marquez-alvarado show.

whole thing is odd. i understand that he started late and all that, but considering the time he has been boxing since he should still be better than that. for him to have all this success on top of it is just bizarre. you have to give it to him i guess, he made up for it in other areas.

rios is knocking him the **** out though.

I bet Chino Maidana looks similar shadow boxing. Some guys just don't have good form. However, his wide punches served him ok against Rios the second time. Just sayin...

I would love to Prince Naseem shadowbox from back in the day. I bet it looks no different. Or worse.

Wow. Sorry not trying to have a go at you but you are completely wrong. I mean the opposite of what you said is true. Alvarado lacks all and any co-ordination which is what Naz had in abundance. Literally, you couldn't have been further than the truth if you tried. A talent like Naz could train one day and have better technique than Mike. I'm actually annoyed by that. I shouldn't be leaps and bounds ahead of a former world champion when it comes to technique.

Wow! It's pretty astonishing to me that he has gotten this far in his career, based off the technique he has displayed in his shadow boxing routine. That's pretty much all i can say about that!

Id rather shadow box like that and fight how he does in the ring than look slick as f**k in the gym and when it comes to fight night i cant fight for s**t.
