No. I'm not being sarcastic at all. It looks like Mike was taking it easy, and I would love to see some of your guys shadowboxing videos. And I have no problem showing one of mine. Nothing sarcastic about that, everybody talks a lot on here.

In the 1st gif posted he looks borderline ******ed, but in the second one, while still having terrible technique doesn't look that bad. Whatever works for the man, many a times highly skilled fighters have been beaten by less skilled fighters, Forrest vs Mayorga and Alvarado vs Herrera are a few examples. It's a fight, it's not all about skill, sometime it comes down to will, relentlessness, and heart.

Still Alvarado looks ****ing terrible, I have a feeling he might get knocked out by Rios. He has already been broken by Provo, those kinds of beatings always leave a mark. Since their last fight, I think Alvarado has taken more damage than Rios.

I bet Chino Maidana looks similar shadow boxing. Some guys just don't have good form. However, his wide punches served him ok against Rios the second time. Just sayin...

I would love to Prince Naseem shadowbox from back in the day. I bet it looks no different. Or worse.
