    Win the trilogy Brandon, I still want to see you fight Provo anytime. Alvarado is the one who should retire sooner after back-to-back losses.

          I think you nailed it here. I like both guys, they provide solid entertainment. But I think Mike it flat out shot. He may have one good one left in him. But I think the two Rios wars, followed by Provo, then the spanking by Marquez was a flat out terrible series of fights for Mike. The two Rios fights were OK, but his management made a mistake taking Provo right after.

            sure hope he won't retire

            rios is one of the realest boxers of this generation and, if he can help it, always gives fans their money's worth. not to mention he's still young. I'd love to see him annihilate ortiz whether alvarado beats him or not (probably not)

                    Rios' chin still looks the same to me. He should be able to knock Alvarado silly by the middle wrounds. Alvarado is done. He has been in far too many wars.
