Walking around weight when hes not training is in the 150's and they have to keep feeding him in order to maintain 147. Ariza has said dozens of times that Manny burns so many calories in training that he has to even give manny a meal replacement shake in the middle of the night. Yet even in the lower weights as he got older he was severely draining himself to make weight and re hydrating 10 pounds on fight night. Now when he rehydrates he barely cracks 4 pounds.

The Mayweathers hate that someone is mentioned as being better or at least equal to floyd and the ego and jealously makes them want to belittle any and all of Mannys accomplishments.

    Great post!

The most damning thing for me is that he battered cotto into submission but couldn't do the same to Rios or Algeri.

Watching that fight again that was Manny's greatest performance and according to Ariza, Manny's best camp ever where he did all of the S&C routines that Ariza set up for him. Ariza believed that Manny was honest to god scared of Cotto being that Cotto was legit bigger and stronger then Manny which is what made manny work even harder.

Cotto only was stopped once before that fight by Margarito. But that Margarito fight took a lot out of him that until he moved up in weight he didnt fully recover but through 6 rounds he went head to head with him and just ran for the rest of the night trying to survive. Cotto also swells up very easy and the accumulation of punches is what stopped the fight. Rios covered up and just stood there and barely traded and Algeri survived Provo but 6 knockdowns is more then enough to show manny has power.

did cotto quit or the ref stop the fight?
how did rios and cotto's face look like after the fight?
how many times Pac knocks algierri down compare to cotto and that while cris was running all night?

now again what is the most damning to you given your comparison and this one that I present to you?

and now the real talk question is what is your point exactly?

Is it the one with Russell Peters?

I listened to that one they talked about how boxers legs are skinny and how Pacquiao had huge legs, and than said Bradley looks like he can knock guys out but punches with no power at all.

Joe Rogan is an old school boxing head dude has tons of knowledge on boxing, I was shocked at some of the names he was throwing out. He even rocked the Kronk gym shirt on that podcast.
