Thurman vs Guerrero - Good fight all around. We finally get to see Thurman take on a decent name, happy for this.

These are all decent to good fights but nothing to cream your panties over. Perhaps Haymon can pull off a great 2015 but that won't erase history, he made 2014 one of the saddest, most depressing years in boxing for the fans of the sport. Forgive us if we don't jump up for joy and claim Al as our hero for giving us one card out of the many he owes for last year.
I'm sorry, I think you meant Matthysse. Garcia vs Peterson was almost inevitable anyway to be frank.

Al Haymon BEEN putting on great shows. It's just that 2014 was somewhat of a 'down" year. No biggie. 2015 is going to be epic.

If Peterson comes in super roided out, he might be able to beat Garcia quite easily. Just circle around to neutralise the hook,*and throw jabs and strong overhand rights, many of those.

Who knows, maybe Peterson will end Garcia permanently! He looked soft, his body, against Lucas. But, in the past he has looked super roided out, I hope he comes in looking to kill Garcia.

Can we please have a Haymon master thread? I've never seen this many threads about a manager/promoter/****** street walker or whatever the hell he is.

Hold on a second. Are people actually creaming themselves over Haymon making Thurman-Guerrero and Garcia-Peterson? For his big NBC launch???

Jesus Christ. Is this where expectations are at in boxing? These sort of fights that should be the threshold level. The fact that they're not aiming any higher for their big launch is actually worrying.

We'll see how it goes. Hopefully they can maintain at least that standard and give us genuinely big fights on a semi-regular basis too.

But Haymon does not deserve the benefit of the doubt with his track record. He's been getting away with selling shit based on what's just around the corner for nearly a decade.

              I didn't, I know what I said.

Matthysse in the fight prior but Soto in his most recent. Either way getting beat down by an old Soto is an indication of where you stand at in the sport right now.

Molina should have been his opponent after the Matthysse fight, it would have been much more enticing. Instead Broner looked the other way and Molina got his ass handed to him by Soto. Noooow they want to fight him doe.

Just for the record Oscar is trying to make matt-prov, and that fight is way better than any of these fights. Plus with the possibility of this winner taking on the craw-alg winner.... uh I would be way more impressed with Oscar's start.

                  Broner-Molina is a shit match-up that has a chance of turning into a tear-up.

Broner's third tune-up since Maidana beat him.

That would be a disgustingly brutal and explosively exciting fight! Fingers crossed for it to get made.

Ahhh! I didn't know Molina fought Soto. Thanks for clearing that up for me and I agree on your point.
