If you watch you will see Peterson rolled A LOT with Garcia's punches. A lot of punches were hitting shoulder before making contact with Peterson's face.

Decarie is WBC #2 and can't punch, so that's the perfect opponent to move Garcia quickly up the rankings. Then, they could make Khan/Garcia 2.
